Shipping policy

Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
- Standard Shipping: Free for all orders. Deliveries from Monday to Friday, except holidays.
- Preparation time: We process and ship orders between 24 and 48 hours after confirmation.
- Delivery time: 1 to 3 business days from shipment, depending on location.
Rest of Europe
- Standard Shipping 3-7 business days: Free on orders over €100.
- Cost for orders less than €100: 5,99€.
- Preparation time: We process and ship orders between 24 and 48 hours after confirmation.
- Delivery time: 3 to 7 business days from shipment, depending on destination.

Orders processed before 2:00 p.m.: They leave the same business day.
Orders processed after 2:00 p.m.: They are shipped the next business day.
Weekends and holidays: Orders placed on these days are processed the first following business day.

Delivery: It will be considered delivered when the carrier makes the products available to the customer and the customer signs the delivery note or receipt document. The customer must review the order upon receipt and note any incident on the delivery document.
Payment terms: Orders are shipped once payment is confirmed. In payments by bank transfer, the shipment will be made when the amount is reflected in our account.

Pickup available: You can choose to pick up your order at our warehouse. In that case, the client assumes the transportation and insurance of the merchandise. It is essential to respect the preparation schedules and coordinate the collection in advance with our team.
