Refund policy

We have a return policy30 daysThat is, you have 30 days from receiving the item to request a return.

The item must be in the same state in which you received it: unused, with the labels and in its original packaging so that returns can be accepted. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, write to info@airecover.eu indicating your order number, the product and the reason for the return. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

If we accept the return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and include instructions on how and where to send the package. Returned items will not be accepted without having previously requested the return.

Damage and problems

Please review your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received a different product than what you ordered, so that we can evaluate the problem and offer a quick solution.


Exceptions/non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or made-to-measure products.

  • Products sealed for hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

  • Sale items or gift cards (non-refundable).

Changes

The quickest way to obtain a different product is to return the current item and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase of the desired product.

Refunds

We will inform you when we have received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to the same original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be reflected may depend on your bank.
